After a little bit of faffing about and changing of days, the Mapping Elf has been hard at work, and we do now have a map available to download. You will find it on the imaginatively titled Map page!
Uppermill Methodist Centre
As is traditional, our first window appeared yesterday at Uppermill Methodist Centre, 4 candles, fitting this year’s theme of Christmas Lights. As you can see, the Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Leaders of 20th Oldham Uppermill Methodist Scout Group had a hand in creating the window!
not long now!
The windows have all been allocated, we have a mixture of traditional favourites and some great new participants. So this week it’s all about the map. It will be available to download from here later in the week.
What can I say?
It wouldn’t be Advent if I didn’t have to do the map twice! Our most up to date version is now available to download – there’s nothing in the way of major changes – just a change of where to stand to see one window, and with the addition of The Shaws to this year’s calendar, a note that those are windows probably best visited on foot.
Hoorah for the Mapping Elf!
We have this year’s map, and it’s looking good – just go to the map page above to download your copy – paper maps are also available in the village. We’ve had a great start to this year’s calendar, I hope you’ve enjoyed our windows so far and are looking forward to all the great ones still to come.
